I think the information provided was lacking. I was surprised how much the batteries drain while the unit is not in use. I was surprised when I was told after calling you for some info that I needed to run my unit an hour per day. This seems important to maintain the unit and had I not called for more info, I would not have learned this. It would be really nice if a shorter cannula could be provided.

My husband is on oxygen 24/7 in our town due to the rise in the Covid pt. being released from hospital we were only allowed 4 bottles a week of e-tanks thats not going to happen at our house. I was in the medical field at one time and I know how important supply is. We were getting 17 a wk. So I decided to check in on the Inogen G-5 and still take our 4 are week bottles to stock up just in case. We have been very pleased so far and also have a friend that has and inogen. Just need more customer service people on the phone the wait time is 25 min.hold.

I haven't had the opportunity to use my Inogen too much yet because of restrictions of Covid, and I wish I had ordered the pull cart. I have about eight stairs to go down/up from my apartment to outside and I think a cart would help with that. But all in all, so far I really enjoy the freedom. I have gone to my daughters and can stay all day without worrying about running out of air. I look forward to being able to do some traveling again soon.

i was using it and about 3 hours i was out of ox the battery was dead i was out of ox and did not have agood battery there suppose to last 6-7 hours not 3 the sales man is a good lier i think i will use my tanks

I just love it so far works great. It makes me feel so safe knowing its right by my bed so if I need it at night.Plus when I go walking I take it with me life saver

So far, so good. Have not had any problems at all and I cannot say the same for the heavy canisters. I wish the Inogen wasn't so heavy. At 84 I have a lot of trouble with current technology and was very skeptical about being sent something with no one here to teach me how to use it. I was totally amazed when I could actually figure it out and start using it immediately. My daughter was so proud and happy that she didn't have to drive across town to help me. I have an MBA but that sure doesn't help. Yesterday, I went for my first COVID-19 shot. I expected a long wait. Hours maybe. So, I waited in line, in my car with my Inogen without being concerned my oxygen would run out. I got my shot and drove home with absolutely no problem thanks to the Inogen.

i just love it no heavy tanks long batt life unplug and go salesman was a true angle should of bought years ago oh its fairly quiet also
