My new Inogen is exactly what I was looking for when it came time to face the facts that I needed supplemental oxygen for my COPD. After having been diagnosed and told I would need supplemental oxygen the first thing I thought of was the portable Inogen device. I am still trying to be active but felt tied to my o2 tank and I would run out of breath doing normal cleaning and outdoor chores and walks. But with the Inogen I can go anywhere I need and not feel desperate for breath and know that I can complete the tasks I need to and not feel tired and breathless. steve sator

Our unit is working good and we are happy with it. It helps provide me the freedom to be out and about again.

The sales pitch is persuasive, the product is great but customer service is beyond horrendous, rude and difficult. Hours long wait on "hold" to get to real persons who are less than helpful. You should try blending your fine product with a fine professional staff who respect peoples' time and are sensitive to the issues of the people who are using the product.

Need better shoulder strapping for the case holder of the Inogen 5, shoulder hurts when carrying around. Straps are very uncomfortable.

I absolutely love my inogen G5. It meets all my needs and is much lighter than the portable unit that I was renting. I have had no problems at all. And if I do in future have any problems, I know that I can call and will be taken care of. Thank you for the peace of mind that it has afforded me.

Convenience, the main reason to purchase. Easy to take on trips. Useful in the house. Have had no dependability issues.

It is super great I love it. The home model is very quiet and the portable one with the cart is easy to handle. Your design team did a great job.
