I don’t like it , it is heavier That I can carry, the batteries i is much better than outhit and don’t last as long as e other. The puff noise it makes you uneasy knowing you got to where it . If it didn’t cost so much I would seen it back, because I am not a person who likes noises.

I got my G5 to use when I take our 2 dogs, girls a walk. Have had unit set on 5 and I still get out of breath. Have to stop walking every 60-80 feet and catch my breath. At the price sort of wishing I hadn't bought the concentrater. Have sent in paper work to Capital Blue- Medicare hoping they pay part of the cost. Have thought about sending it back.

My only problem with Inogen is that it is not as quiet as advertising suggests. The noise is still an issue in quiet situations.

When I ordered this I was under the idea that the Inogen is a light machine To wear or carry. You are so wrong. I have had 4 back operations and I tried Wearing this and it is to painful on my neck and back. I can’t believe how HEAVY this is. I do not recommend this if it is this heavy. I have also carried it and I can only use one hand as the other has had surgery and can’t lift the weight.

I have had my new Inogen for a few months and have to say it is far better than another unit I was getting from my oxygen company. The best things are how light weight it is and easy to carry or put on my walker. It lasts far longer and I don't have to worry about running out. I also got a backup battery for long trips. All in all I have to say I am super pleased with my new unit. And the person that helped me over the phone to explain everything was very helpful in helping me to decide to get it. Thanks again

The unit is too heavy to carry for a 77 year old lady in poor health. Poor health is a by-product of needing Oxygen. This unit's batteries go dead very fast.

I am disappointed. I expected my G4 to be more comfortable and lighter. I don’t see much difference from the portable oxygen tanks which I used without cost to me. I do like the battery charge while using while driving or sleeping. Sorry, I think it was too costly for what I received. Ps,the portable charger should come included with the cost of the G4
