Unit works great, to loud.

I like having the portable concentrator a lot. It makes it very convenient to go out and not worry whether I will have enough time. The only con is it’s a little heavier, but not a huge problem over all I like it.

This unit has changed my life. I now can go anywhere, fly amd ride my motorcycle due to getting the Inogen 5

the units are quiet and reliable

The in oven 5 works exactly as I thought it would. My only dislike is that it is a little heavy to carry sometimes for longer walks. I go go the VA hospital for medical care. As with all government projects they designed all the clinics at the furtherest location from the parking lot. I ended up purchasing an inexpensive back pack and a light weight cookie. It works fine. The primary care doctors are about 2000 feet from the parking lot.

Initially when I received my G5 unit I had a problem with pairing the unit to my IPhone. I spoke with Natalie who endeavored to assist us with no pairing she referred us to the technical department. The technical department phoned and tried to assist us to no avail. Natalie kept in touch with us during this time. We received a second unit to try and pair which couldn’t connect. We continued to try connecting during the Holidays. Natalie kept in touch when she could which was appreciated. In the new year we kept trying to pair both unit and with help of friends help didn’t make any difference. On the 3 Jan 2021 after frequent attempts with no luck my wife decided to try one last time and just by chance or luck it paired on the first unit. Natalie kept in touch with us regularly. With staff like this INOGEN must place their clients high regard. Thank you for looking after us. The G5 unit will make a huge difference in my life. Thanks again

Unable to set up on cell phone.

The G5 unit is great. It works well and is light enough to put in a walker bag or scooter basket. It is easy to operate. The thing that we don't like is the online store to order parts or accessories doesn't have everything. The canula tubes are only available if you call them. The orders do not ship very quick.
