Hello my apologies for being tardy. Inogen has been great in allowing me the mobility I require. I am not one to complain so i will comment on 2 things: 1) the noise of it running should be allowed to go to zero - I have to speak over it and sometimes that can be annoying 2) I find the strength of the flow (4) is not as strong as the cylinders I was using. I tried increasing to 5 but it makes my nose sore. Otherwise everything is great. I do want to know if you send reminders when new columns. Thank you

Have not needed to use yet but I keep it handy if I do have a bad day. I have no reason to believe it won't be just fine for me as I researched it thoroughly before buying it.

There are 2 issues I have noticed with the Inogen 4. First is the battery draw down when not using the machine. The battery loses about 4% per day of its charge while turned off. My wife only uses it about once a week, so she needs to charge the battery before leaving the house. I looked for some mention of this in the manual. I know she could release the battery but to do that you need to remove the Inogen from its protective cover that would defeat the grab and go convenience of the device. Second is the air intake filter screen maybe you should investigate a hepa filter for virus protection. Other than that, I think the Inogen is great and very convenient.

The portable concentrator is easier to carry than an oxygen bottle and delivers oxygen at adjustable rates. Will also work overnight when traveling.

I am thoroughly enjoying my Inogen. I have no complaints. I had a wonderful company rep (James) who spent time helping me go over the initial set up of my Inogen. All has run smoothly. I hope it continues cause I really love my sidekick Shirley

I love the machine! It is so easy to take with you and you feel secure knowing you are not going to run out of oxygen. It can be plugged in any outlet and also charged in the car. The only thing I am disappointed in is in my opinion it is noisy. (I doubt it would bother anyone else) The company has gone above and beyond for me. My biggest recommendation is to make sure you are dealing directly with Inogen Co. and not just a salesperson from another company. I read lots of reviews before buying and problems or repairs was the biggest complaint. Inogen is on top of it.

It is okay for short usage but not for sleeping
