I do like that my little portable unit provides me with a safety net should I need it and a means to travel outside of my home when I want to. Although it hasn't been an issue for me, I would like it if the battery lasted a little longer when visiting friends. Additional batteries are accessible should I want one though, and I can plug in the car charger if I have to.

I have just purchased an Inogen "In Home" I have used it at a vacation home, and at a motel on the trip. It is light and easy to set up. I has a reasonable noise factor.

I am very pleased with the purchase of my most recent Inogen. I am not sure of the number but it is the smallest, lightest concentrator there is. I have used it frequently in the past few weeks. It is light, convenient and easy for me to work with. I totally love it.

There is absolutely no follow on sale of equipment. The phone contact serves only to take orders. I have not heard from this company since I placed my order.

Salesman was very knowledgable and explained in detail what I could expect. The concentrator was delivered when expected and works well. My oxygen level rises from high 70s to mid 90s in just couple of minutes. It makes my sleep better and is not bothersome. Very well pleased overall.¹

I love the fact I can go any where and not have to go back and get a tank. my battery goes dead some time but I have 2 so in it goes an off I go. I am so glad I bought my inogen 5
