The sales representative was exceptional. She was prompt, informative, not pushy and helpful. Just what you would want in someone helping you to choose a product like this. The unit itself met the need. So far, it has been problem free .Battery life is what was claimed. Only glitch was in delivery. I was promised two day air but unit and told the unit had been sent. In fact, it hadn't been sent and when it was, went out ground FEDEX. I had needed the unit prior to planned air travel and had to delay trip to wait for unit to arrive. Still, it was minor compared to the positive side and I give them 4 stars..

Superior quality. Does the job very well. We have two units one G5 and one larger bedside unit for night time. Both serve different purposes. Backpack for G5 works great for walking and working outside. Would be nice if the iPhone app could turn the unit on and off and adjust the levels. Maybe in the future releases?? We had to replace the large bedside unit (shipping damage) and the process was seamless and easy. Replacement solved the issue.

I am sorry to give inogen such a low score. My husband is not able to use it, because he is failing fast Cordell is down to under 130# he does not eat only 1 egg for breakfast.& only a bite or two for supper. He has stage 4 kidney failure he needed the inogen if we went out. He has asbestus in his lungs, & a heart transplant My Buying it for him was like reaching for a feather in the wind, blind hope. That he would be able to use it. I see now that I made a mistake. I was hoping to return it & use the money for his funeral but was told I could not do so. The product is perfect but he is not. thank you Joan M. Burr 3

my Inogen 5 keeps turning off at unexpected times, I called them and they told me I needed a coloum, so I bought one, still does the same thing, sent me a new unit, still did the same thing, now they tell me it is the batteries, I bought the extra life time warranty and they keep guessing as to what is wrong with it. Batteries are 350.00 that is an expensive guess. I have tried three different things that they said were wrong. terrible company as I paid cash for warranty and product. now what buy a new battery, they also said they never heard of this happening. I just saw a post saying the same thing, shut's off when at the gym.

Great product and great lifetime warrenty,would reccomend to all who is looking for the best product!

Love the co.fort and freedom it gives me. I got my second vaccination today. The line was long and it took ab out 2 hours of walking and standing. I had no problem. It was great. Thank you.

I really enjoy my Inogen machine it’s so lite to carry around, now I can go everywhere I need to go without getting short of breath . Thank Ron for all your help, I appreciate it.

I am in rehab and I have been using my Inogen 5 .When I go home I hope that is all I will need.
