I got good service and the Inogen dose a good job I do think you should include a battery charger for the house not just do it with the machine

Like the product, need to add smaller (Child size lines) for small people to the equipment

Great service, thank you Chris Ketterer. My Inogen one G5 was more than I expected it to be. The only thing I noticed is a mild (pop pop) sound the unit makes while it is on, a very small annoyance. Thank you for providing a good product.

Jim Beuoy was a kind and thoughtful sales person. He helped me by giving me information and asking pertinent questions. After purchasing the oxygen concentrator, it was sent to me quickly. Then Jim followed up with a call to be sure I knew how to use the device and gave me some insider suggestions. The device helps me be able to go RVing knowing that with the battery back-up I am covered.

Sara S. helped us with all our questions and made us feel comfortable making the purchase. The concentrator we bought serves our purposes fully. Had to lug heavy bottles around before when on the road. Glad that is history now.

I received my new Inogen g5 in february 21.i've been using it every time I go anywhere.It sure beats not to have to carry oxygen cylinders around.A great product!!

Love the in home unit it works fantastic . I'm a little disappointed in my mobile unit the G5 . it does not seam to be working properly . You only get a small pulse of air about every 3seconds . Have increased the number up to five without much difference . The unit seamed to be working properly when I first got it . Maybe I have inadvertently changed the mode of operation on it could be owners error and nothing wrong with the unit but all I know is it is not working the way it should . the single battery that came with the unit would only last about two and a half hours I called customer service and they sent me a replacement but it only lasted for 2 1/2 on the initial charge and have not tried it again as I have the double battery also.Fed X has never come back to pickup the old battery I have it boxed up and ready for shipment.In0gen customer service has been very good and easy to work with so I will give them a call Monday to see if they can help me get my G 5 working correctly .

Great piece of equipment. Please send me a new manual as mine got ruined by a recent storm when left on patio table. Thank you. V/r William Kanne
