The Inogen One G5 is an excellent portable O2 concentrator on the market. It does everything the floor units can do. Very little noise. I sleep peacefully with the unit 2 feet from me.

The unit is great but I'm disappointed in your support and responsiveness. I had an issue with a battery that didn't perform as promised and it was immediately replaced but I called and wrote asking for a return merchandise label and I was ignored. That should in no way diminish the excellence of the device itself. The only problem with the deice is that it won't connect with the phone app via bluetooth.

There are two things I'm not happy about. First the battery only lasts two hours. Second the is the filter that has to be replaced every 12-18 months at a cost to me of 99.00. I think this is unfair. I paid $1850.00 for the unit with a warranty of 3 years. The filter should be included in the warranty. I'm a seventy year old woman and on a limited budget. I didn't know about this filter until after i had bought it. I love the unit, its light weight. Just perfect. Thank you, Laurie

Too expensive

Customer service was excellent helping me set up my Inogen G5. So easy to change or charge batteries and clean filters. I love it!

Excellent product. I've used other concentrators and they don't compare to Inogen.

Nearly died from lack of oxygen twice, was barely rescued by EMT's. "Flash Pulmonary Endema" and "Pneumonia." Decided that was not cool, so ordered home oxygen for emergency use when needed. The unit I bought was not designed for this, but works fine. Simple to use. Not cheap. Very pleased. Haven't needed it since I bought it, but I feel prepared now. I am 80 years old.

Excellent product. Makes leaving home with oxygen so doable.
