I am still getting use to the machine. Will give observations that I found so far. At close to 6 lbs. it is still too heavy to walk around with and do any type of chore. I found a small wheeled cart is the answer. My cart arrived two days ago and loving it. Cost was $30.00 not $130.00 I found your product is like a boat, every accessory is priced higher than the norm. I found by putting the oxygen tube loosely thru a small zip lock tie on the side bar of the cart above the cross bar keeps the tube from kinking at the air nipple on the machine. You claim 24hr service with air on demand, not if you have apnea (no demand) I still found this machine to be a great help by giving me more freedom of movement.

I wanted to be able to go on vacation but was unable to get far from my home unit. That unit is used to charge my two small tanks that I wear in a backpack. With Inogen I am finally able to travel where ever I want, as far as I want, as long as they have electricity! Since I need a level 5 when active my smaller tanks only last 2 hours each. I love my Inogen!

love my Inogen oxygen concentrator. it is compact, quiet and energy efficient. i like owning my own equipment as it is much cheaper than renting one.

Love the unit, works great, however, though it is quieter than most,it is still loud

I have no problems.

Very unhappy that the unit wasn't covered by my insurance.and there is no way to get new tubes.

It is great however -- it doesn't run whisper quiet.
