I’ve only had the Inogen One G-5 for a few months but I’m loving the ease of use, portability and not having to drag around my heavy tanks. I’m also please with the battery life - with a double battery on a 3 setting, I can go almost 7 hours on a charge. (Just a heads up - the device/battery does heat up after extended use, so make sure it’s got plenty of ventilation and stays in the shade if you’re outdoors.) Customer service has been outstanding. I was contacted several times by phone & email during the order/delivery process to keep me in the loop on where things stood, and my device was delivered on time by a respiratory therapist (required by my state). She was very helpful, knowledgeable and made sure I understood my device before she left.

Lots heavier than I thought

I called the customer service about your car adapter not fitting into our Toyota RAV 4 lighter access. I was told “all sales are final”. The manager also confirmed Inogen had no Toyota adapter is available. You sold us a unusable item car charger. A complaint was sent to the BBB.

Love my inogen 1 g5 I’m glad I bought it instead of renting I use it daily very lite thank you customer service Tim Mason for taking good care of me on returning my old one

I have purchased the Inogen at home and a G5 unit. The at home unit is quiet and fits right beside the bed. I use the G5 the rest of the day. This allowed me to eliminate the 30 foot cord that I had to use with my old O2 unit. Great feeling not to have worries about tripping all the time. Nancy was great to work with the whole process. The five stars is for your great customer service. The machine works well but we were surprised how heavy it is compared to our earlier model. The weight is a definite negative for a wheel chair patient that wants to go out by himself. You can hang machine in a bag over the headrest but you can’t get to bag to change battery. Also, the double battery is a definite plus. Anne C.
