I am very pleased with the unit. There was a slight problem with the unit after I received it , it would work and if the cord was touched it would stop.Called Jill and she had another unit her the next day . It has been difficult trying to contact anyone.

I appreciate a company that is genuine. They really mean what they say. We have dealt with Anna and could not be more satisfied. No question is too silly or stupid. The little things really do matter to the customer and my husband and I truly Thank You for all your assistance.

My little G4 is quiet. I use it at night and don't notice it at all unless I don't breathe right and then it warns me. I am happy with it. 'Still a little heavy to carry but I don't need that now. I was worried when I couldn't get through to the company. When they did get back to me it was informative. I learned about extending battery life by running the machine without the battery when possible. The batteries are staying up better.

Love the size and weight and I carry a spare battery. It’s so easy to change. Getting used to my backpack.

The salesman was great; personable and knowledgeable of Inogen and other competing products. I bought the G5 because it most closely met my needs. I was concerned, however, when I read some of the complaints in the reviews. Many times, Inogen's only response was not to address the problem, but rather to advise the customer to "contact a customer representative on telephone XYZ." In my mind, that is a "non-response." I tried that number several times and was consistently put on hold with a 30 minute wait time. My unit works well most of the time. My only complaint is that when operated at a normal or above normal room temperature, the unit warms up and begins to whine like a jet engine, loud enough to overcast normal conversation. I'll try to contact "customer support."

The sales person was very attentive before I bought the device but once I purchased it, never heard from him/ He told me when I received my machine to fully charge it and not to use it until I called him first--which I did call him and he never returned my phone call. Why tell someone that and not follow through!
