I received my unit On July 1 and it has been a great unit it’s a little heavy with a five hour battery . I like it I only have one complaint on July 20 only 20 days after I received it, The strap broke at the swivel .Eye let it pulled through the strap I was carrying ,it waist high about 4 feet from the ground, if my hand was not on it at the time of breaking I would’ve damage the unit. you need to improve on the strap now I have to Carry it wherever I go for now until I get something to replace the strap you need to fix This.

My Pulmonary doctor recommended 24/7 oxygen for me as I have been on oxygen at night for several years and due to previous pulmonary embolisms, age and living in a home at 5,100 ft. elevation. It was difficult leave home without oxygen as my blood oxygen would drop to 84 rather quickly. My doctor recommended Inogen and as I had people I knew using Inogen I agreed to purchase one. It has been a life changer for me as I am able to go out to the store, shopping, family events, church without worrying about my oxygen levels.

Like the machine, it is well built, let you know if you have a hose problem, the case will hold all the batteries,

I would love to ride a better review but I have to receive the unit first I have been 2 weeks and I just found out today after talking to four different people that they have to get me the paperwork to sign and get them payment information before they can even talk to my doctor and see about feeling the order so now I got to probably another two more weeks or so waiting to get that it's a very slow painful process I'm sure that when I get the product it'll be fine but it's just getting that's the problem

I purchased a G4. When received the unit showed an error which was not critical but still an issue. A replacement part was provided immediately. Unfortunately that did not fix the problem. A new G4 was provided immediately. which did fix the problem. In every case the support was exemplary. The whole experience with Inogen has shown an unusual level of support from the purchase through the troubleshooting and follow-up. Blaine, my initial contact, was completely on top of the whole process. I think he now shows up on my Favorites as he was calling on almost a daily basis to keep me informed of the order status. I have not seen this kind of customer care and support in a very long time and as I am 75 years old, that is saying something.

Is a useful machine and am glad I’ve bought it. It is somewhat noisier than I had expected especially when plugged in to the car. Mine smells slightly of heated plastic and only other shortcomings are that on oxygen level three a battery only lasts me an hour and a half when unplugged. Still not totally unhappy though although wasn’t informed that it’s going to require service in six months

The only thing that I would do is make a separate battery charger because it makes sense to be able to charge a battery while you are out enjoying life.

I was purchasing the G4 unit for my grandmother the process was really easy and the sales person was really helpful and guided me thru the process with ease she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process
