The unit is a little heavier than I anticipated. But I do use it almost everday when I leave the house. Love the car charger!.

I purchased the Inogen G5. This has been a game changer for me. Given me more freedom. Small and compact. It arrived fast with batteries already charged. That was nice so you could start using immediately. I’ve had mine about 2 months. Customer service easy to work with and did a follow up call after I received my machine to make sure everything was satisfactory.

I really do like my Inogen. The only issue is the weight and you possibly need to find a little longer hose . I use it at night also and the hose is just barely long enough to go from my night stand to the bed.

Very prompt on returned calls , was informative, enough for us to “mail order”such an expensive product. The product itself exceeded our expectations, simple to use, travel units much easier to carry than those big O2 tanks,and if need be, you can charge it in your car. I would recommend this product to anyone needing oxygen therapy.

I am a brand-new user but so far I am very pleased with my Inogen. It is so small and compact, easy to carry. i LOVE the fact that I don't have to drag around big tanks. I put off going on the regular kind of delivery systems because of the weight and bulk and difficulty. But when I researched Inogen, I felt I had found the answer. I only use oxygen when I need to walk around, usually for distances, such as shopping or running other errands. The batteries are so easy to change and charge. I'm still figuring out how to carry a purse and an Inogen and shop or carry other packages, but I know I will solve that problem eventually. Thanks for a great product.
