Update 8/15/21 - finally got a call and was led through the bluebooth procedures. Problem solved! (Only took a month!) While Chris, the salesman who handled my purchase over the phone, was great in answering questions leading to the sale, since then, there has been no customer service. I tried to link the app on the G4 to my iphone, but the bluetooth connection could never be established. Case number was provided and then nothing. Nada. Maybe customer service just means SELLING their products; then forgetting about HELPING their clients. For shame, Inogen, for shame!

This machine is wonderful. It helping my sleep better and I love that is light enough for me to carry. I am more mobile now and sit outside without running a very long oxygen tube from my previous big concentrator.

This is a perfect weight and size for my wife, who has had shoulder problems with having to use an oxygen tank on her back when we are away from home. Having recently traveled on an airline, the trip was very relaxing since the battery had plenty of power. We enjoyed a trip, especially my wife, with her G4!

The machine is noisier than I thought it would be.

Some initial issues with large battery.

We purchased the Inogen for the purpose of taking my Mother camping/traveling. She has to have oxygen at night. I purchased the double batteries with the understanding that they would last approximately 13 hours. We only got 6 hours out of each. I had to get up in the middle of the night each time and change them. Also, the alarm kept going off, because she would sometimes open her mouth when she fell asleep. Battery life was our biggest issue.

Great customer service and sales center. Product working well.

Paid for and received a defective concentrator. Was defective right out of the box. Was out of town 700 miles away when tried to use it and found out it was defective. They determined it was defective and shipped me a replacement. I have spent over 4 hours trying to find out how to ship the old one back. Have never talked to a representative and a only told to leave a message and they will call me back. No call back in the last 4 hours. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with.
