This is the best way I've found to get around inside and outside of my home. It allows me to do things I have not done for a few years.

The little G4 is sound and reliable. The battery however is a piece of crap that does not hold a charge, and only lasts 10 muntes on its own fully charged. Not a good thing a small unit that costs +2K.

I find my equipment be very very important for my well being. Would not want to be without it.

Ive had my G4 for approximately 1 and 1/2 years. The maintenance, the upkeep isn't worth it. I've had them break and recently they've sent me 4 replacements in one week!! Eveyone has been broken and so far not this is not resolved!! Rent from your o2 company but, don't waste the money buying one. Not worth the hassle or all the money for the maintenance or replacement when it breaks in an untimely manner. Not even sure I'll get an actual replacement at this point and I'm tired of explaining it numerous times. All of this only 2 months after paying over 150.00 for replacement parts. Not worth the aggravation. P.S. inogen replies to contact them as if I haven't ad nauseam. How about having a manager contact me as I was told they would? Or do you have so many people with these problems they're too busy to do so, or you can't keep them all straight to know how many of us with this very problem named Tammy have had this problem recently? More reason for people to save their money and deal with their o2 companies directly..

I've just recently started using my Inogen since at 91 and with Covid around, I seldom leave my home. I find that it helps bring up my oxygen level if I become too short of breath while on doctor trips. My only complaint is that while my pulmonologist prescribes 2 liters, I find that my Inogen needs a setting of 3 to help and even then puts out less oxygen than my large nighttime concentrator does at Level 2. So I am hoping my needs won't increase/change beyond the machine's 3 for a long time. I do like the portability and efficiency of my Inogen, though. If you have any suggestions on ways to increase the output, I would certainly like to hear them. Thank you. Donald Carson

I really enjoy having purchased the Inogen G5. The Inogen Backpack is a real Blessing. It gives me the hands free ability to be mobile inside and outside working in the garden, mowing the grass. Going to the store. The pulse delivery is good. Provides enough oxygen for my needs. It's a bit noisy, Not bad, just a bit. I love my Inogen, Mike

Inogen has given me the freedom to go out. Its easy to charge and use.
