When my doctor put me on oxygen therapy, I had a large concentrator in my home with 50 feet of tubing that I would drag from room to room. I am in a wheelchair so I was constantly getting the tube tangled in my wheels, or it would get caught under a throw rug. I would pull over lamps, drag dining room chairs behind me, and let's not even talk about the fiasco when our young grandchildren would come over. They would be tripping on the tube and yanking it out of my nose. It was a nightmare of gargantuan proportions. When I discovered Inogen, it was a total game changer. All of the afore mentioned issues dissolved into thin air. On my setting, the battery lasts nine hours, enough to get me through mid-afternoon. That is when I normally lie down to rest so at that time, I plug in. When I get up, the battery is good to go for the rest of the day. I am 100% pleased with my Inogen. It has totally and completely changed my quality of life for the better!

I ordered both an at-home oxygen concentrator and a portable one from Inogen. They both have produced the desired results, however, the portable one is a tad heavy to carry. The company representative Betsy, has been an extraordinary help in setting up both devices and extra tips to help with my husband's specific condition. Inogen has the packing process down to a fine art and both devices arrived in record time. I would recommend the Inogen brand over any other.

Blaine was an awesome company rep. He answered all our questions and helped us through the entire process. Everything arrived quickly and as expected. This little machine completely improved my dad's quality of life and gave me piece of mind.

I like that I don't have 50 ft of tubing running around the house. I have a foot wound healing,so I roll around the house in a wheel chair and hang the machine on the back.very handy. However,I will say the machine is heavier than I thought it would be. The battery is very heavy.it isn't a big deal except in dealing with weakness due to anemia. Overall,very pleased with my G5.

This is my 4th replacement machine since my initial date of purchase in 2020, second time for an O2 (oxygen) malfunction error. This is also the second review I've left, still waiting for someone from Inogen to reach to me with something better than i to contact their customer service department (which I've already done when i reported another bad machine needing replacement). And again, being a Friday, I am being made to wait until Tuesday of next week to receive yet another replacement unit, despite UPS delivers on Saturdays, and it is next day delivery, because the order won't be received until Monday at their warehouse. What was once a very happy, and confident purchase, has now become unhappy, and anxiety ridden. What more can be said here? When it operates correctly it's great. Question is, for how long? There is vastly becoming a very noticeable pattern here i don't like, but don't have much choice in the matter, as I'm under contract with no insurance to assist. Buyer beware. Oh well...

I am very pleased with my purchase of the G5 Inogen One. I like the availability of my oxygen needs being met with just one unit. Nighttime use and daytime as well have been easy to do. The ease of carrying is welcome to. I have already recommended to a friend aunt and she purchased one also. The only drawback is the puff of the machine is loud and hard to get used to at night. Wish we could silence that noise. Thank you Inogen for making it easier for me to get around. Love my Inogen

Had to purchase my own unit because I needed smallest size and there would be another week to wait which would not Take care of my needs which were immediate They sent a bag but it is completely useless Way too small and after forcing it in systems Error signal started blinking. Had to remove from bag Need Larger bag
