Carrying case is flimsy. Feels lighter with the hand strap than with the shoulder strap. Heavy with the larger battery

We bought the Inogen system and two batteries. We were 2 1/2 hours away and the batteries were running low. We tried to plug in the electrical cord and the cord is bad. We are far from home and no air and a faulty cord. We called EMts for canister oxygen tank but at $3500 out of our pocket , this is ridiculous!

I had contacted Inogen via phone and placed a voice mail concerning my need of a portable oxygen concentrator. The customer representative contacted me right away, and explained all the information and details I needed to make my decision. The customer representative was very helpful when I purchased my concentrator. Penelope. King
