Once we decided on purchase of the Inogen4 directly for our 80 year old mother, rather than renting, we were very pleased with the service and care by our Inogen representative, Matthew Peterson. He answered every question we had and was very thorough throughout the entire process to purchase. We probably would have continued renting with payment thru Medicare (much cheaper) however we were not able to rent Inogen products in GA through Respironics Companies in Georgia. We are very pleased, although a tad pricey for those seniors on a fixed budget. Thank you.

Hard up for business. E mail me almost everyday even when I tell them I'm not interested in their piece of junk. Read too many bad reviews about this piece of crap so stop harassing. I don't want your junk that from what I hear breaks down to often so go get a real job not interested in your con. Read the reviews people.

I have no idea how this company got a hold of my email address but they keep spamming me with junk mail to sell their products and I never never even heard of them nor looked at their site ever! Love my Inogen One G4 unit. Lightweight, portable, and with the backpack I purchased it is easy to carry around. Keeps me mobile and able to do the things I enjoy. Just wish I could find another double battery for it without having to pay a HUGE amount of money.
