I have found that it is much easier than dragging the tank around,, however it is heavier than I imagined. I have to set it down frequently as it hurts my shoulder.

The Inogen works very well. To date, our whole experience has been great. It works well for my wife when we have to travel to doctor appointments. It is easy to charge and not too heavy to carry around even with the heavy duty batteries. Inogen followed up delivery of unit with a call from a tech who covered the use and maintenance of the unit very well. My only complaint is that unit is noisy when operating .

They got my oxygen to me in know time, they were very helpful when explaining the operation of it and how to use it they also sent me extra supplies tubing to change out. Overall great service.

Machine is to heavy.

We have been very satisfied with our Inogen. We like the convenience of traveling with the extended battery. It’s easy to use and we found the battery charger for the car convenient.

Able to get out and about now. The support team was helpful on the phone when we called but this system means I can get out more easily. The system can be plugged into the car, so I don't have to worry about running out of oxygen because it produces it. It is way lighter than the cylinders from the hospital service.

It is light, and quiet. I do wish I had gotten the larger battery. I went to a car show and needed to carry the other battery with me as we spent 5 hours at the show. I wear hearing aids and the other brand was so loud it was all I could hear. The Inogen is great, it is compact and easy to carry. I love it! I called Inogen and they contacted my doctor and handled everything. It was shipped that same day.

My husband passed away before being able to use the equipment. One box was not even opened. But Inogen would not take back and refund either machine. That is financially devastating for me at this time.
