The battery I have is too heavy for me, so I called about an exchange for a lighter one. I don't know what to do now.

Excellent Product
Where to begin! The Inogen has been a lifesaver for me and given me freedom from a 25 foot cord and huge O2 concentrator! I can move around my home and outside with ease and in comfort while getting the help I need to stay safe and be well oxygenated. It operates quietly and is so light that it will go pretty much anywhere with ease. Inogen customer service is excellent, responsive service and prompt. I have yet to find anything negative about my experience with the service or the product. I am so thankful to have found the Inogen O2 concentrator.

INOGEN Portable Unit
Great System and easy to use. INOGEN provided the equipment, accessories and instructions. INOGEN representative contacted me to discuss the system, and answered my questions.

Worth it.
It has allowed me to do more for myself - and to go out without fear. Is it pricey? Yes. Is it worth it? Definitely. I highly recommend it.

Love my new Inogen
