Reason not to buy Inogen
Inogens response to my complaint is an email saying they want to improve their service and request that I call customer service. They did not address the complaint which was a complaint about Inogens, customer services employees handling of questions about my outstanding order. I was promised that a supervisor would CALL me to address my order, I havn't received any communication other than trustpilot email. This seems to be their normal way to handle problems
