Quick service

the device weighs too much !!!!!!!!

I love my new portable Imogen One -5 both because of its small size and ease of use. It stands on a table in easy reach from my Recliner. As I keep it attached to it’s charger I can run it continuously at night on #4 rate.

My Inogen Rove 6 works so great. You can use it to go where ever you go. If on trip, it can be charged in a car while using it, and if some place where there is a plug you can also charge it while still using it. I also appreciate how quiet it is.

I do not recommend buying from Inogen. I tried to have two question answered and got the runaround. I was transferred numerous times and all they wanted is me to call them instead of just answering my questions by email. They didn’t care if a person has a phone, all they want is sell you their unit. I did not tell them that i had five or six units in within a two month time. They all broke down with the with the error “Low Oxygen output. I am still waiting for of why they broke down. Very poor performance of their product and even worse customer support! Be smart and buy from a different Manufacturer. By their reply, they still have not learned to answer my two questions by email not phone call.

I love my new Inogen. The portable I was using weighed 10 pounds. I seen an Inogen commercial about 2 weeks ago. I decided to go ahead and call, and I was glad I did. I love my new Inogen, Tom Gordon was a great help with all of my concerns. He was also a great help when I called him back with some questions. Kudos to Tom Gordon and Inogen. There is not enough space to write everything that I have to say, but I am a very happy portable oxygen user!!!!! 10 great big stars!!!!!

From start to finish, ordering, receiving, product & service. Excellent representative.

1. The large equipment: This unit is very loud and interrupt my sleep. The power cord as well as the breathing tube are too short and I can not place this unit in another room. I would like to return this unit to Inogen. It is useless for me. Please give instructions how to return this unit to Inogen. 2. Small unit: This unit weighs 10 lbs. I can use it stationary within my home, but am unable to carry this unit around to take with me when I leave my house.
