From beginning to end the procedure was painless. Steven the rep came to my house and explained everything which was very helpful.

I am leaving innogen being new to Innogen because of the customer service on the phone and their lack of apology for issues or compassion, long hold times, and inability to get a working home device to use 24/7 that isn’t broken, very dirty, sticky that I have to clean or one that smells up the room like cigarette smoke and smells like smoke filled oxygen coming through the tubing. These are used machines that arrive for the home device from a warehouse and don’t appear cleaned and considering the third same machine they have sent now smells like cigarette smoke and I now have a migraine, I regret leaving the previous wonderful company of Summit Respiratory and will gladly go back to tanks over the portable with Innogen not because I don’t love the convenient portable device but because of the horrific experience I have had with Innogen. My experience has been terrible.

Bad service. I was having problems with trying to replacing column. Ask for guidance to find local technical help No luck. Got brushoff.0

I just replaced the cartiges in my OxyGo in Dec 2023 as it was indicating "low oxygen"... after restarting it indicated oxygen error. My provider sent it to be repaired and that it is a faulty oxygen sensor. Then they told me "only warranty repairs are being done" and my unit is out of warranty. They then handed me a form that I could get $50 toward a new Oxygo!! It seems ridiculous that I was sold new colums on a machine that is basically worthless. My Oxygo is SN-17313456. Please advise how I get a new oxygen sensor and/or a reasonable replacement. I spent many thousands of dollars on this "new" equipment from what I thought was a reliable company. not maintining a reasonable parts supply is criminal. Update: Feb 5 Inogen has reached out to me with a general email “hoping they can assist”…. I responded with my receipt of $3500 o2generator and runaround. So far, I’m waiting… and will hold my breath. (Pun intended).
