InogenReviews of inogen.com

Your salesman, Joe Staska is excellent! He explained everything very carefully and was very helpful.

Positives: * Really good customer service to initiate O2 usage with Inogen, promptly filled the need for Home. *Supplied my need for a POC for use with my active lifestyle. Negatives: *The DeVilbiss unit is too noisy in our small home. *A separate POC charger would make life much better.

My portable unit is very easy to operate and understand. I just acquired my unit in December 2023 and was looking forward to be able to walk in the cold early mornings and use my snowblower when it snowed. However, I was disappointed to find out that I could not use my portable unit in temperatures less than 40 degrees.

It’s better than dragging around a tank. Does take some time to get use too.

I love the freedom that the smaller Inogen provides. It allows me to go about my daily routine without excessive breathing difficulties. The pack is a little on the heavy side and is somewhat louder than I thought it would be. I would love to be able to get something a little lighter and quieter. One problem I am experiencing is with the portable units air hose. It kinks easily, blocking the flow of air. It would be great if there was some sort of "guide" that would help keep the line somewhat straight where it comes out of the unit. It would also be nice to have a little longer hose.

Great experience all around. The ordering process was very easy, my doctor took longer than the ordering process. The product shipped out quickly and arrived on time and was packaged very securely. Customer service has been very helpful with all my questions. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs oxygen.

As a recent owner of Trove 6, I was thrilled about the lightweight but powerful portable oxygen concentrator. I previously had three G3's for about ten years and was impressed with Inogen quality, reliability, and user convenience. IMHO Trove 6 does not meet Inogen standards yet. Changing batteries are a struggle, overheating is frequent, and the current carrying case needs minor adjustments.

Inogen is so lightweight and quiet. He tanks were so heavy and cumbersome.
