I can breathe. I am finding the portable unit for me to be very heavy. I have very weak hands.

Your company is the worst I have ever dealt with! You kept sending equipment I never ordered. You recently sent two battery charges when I only ordered one and won’t tell me how to send it back. When we first started with you we couldn’t say enough good things. Not now!

Why is there not an outlet/store where you can “try” it for 30 days, as their advertisement says? You have to order it, and fill out all those forms that says you know insurance doesn’t cover it - then wait for it to be delivered.

It helps my mom to get around. She likes to go to church, and to the store but not for a very long time period.

I thought that the travel unit would be constant flow...Not that impressed with the on demand....Fast forward to 3/15/24. Multiple calls to customer service. 3/18, got a call saying constant flow was not available. Problem solved but kinda not.
