Freedom!! able to fly on a plane

The machine works well. It more the battery life or time on it the battery only has 2 hours. Was told it has 4 hours of time on it. Have tried it twice, both times set on 2 and runs out after 2hours.

gave me mobility without fear of running out of oxygen

I liked the lesser weight of the Imogen compared to other machines I've used. However, the loudness and the popping sounds are distracting to others especially during church services, movie theaters, etc. I expected it to be quieter.

I purchased an Inogen Rove 6 for my mother on Mar 14, 2024. The unit finally arrived on Mar 18, 2024 due to UPS having a mechanical breakdown, according to their site, and requiring a signature to receive. Today is Mar 29, 2024 and we have been through 3 units so far that keep failing. Last night was the last straw. I talked with the service team and suggested sending a G5 unit since the Rove 6 seems to have issues. Still waiting to hear back on that from the Tianna, the sales lady. Haven't been able to get her to return my calls lately. But if the product worked, she wouldn't be hearing from me. At this point, I wouldn't recommend getting the Rove 6. And please don't tell me to call customer service once again. The wait times are ridiculous!

What is wrong with these people? They REFUSE to send me boxes to return their equipment! You wait on the phone for well over 20 minutes to talk to an incompetent person. They have promised me three times that they would send me boxes. I have turned them into Medicare and the BBB. Now they send me a bill for $1,600 for not sending the equipment back. Just shaking my head! Your response is laughable!

easy to use, introduction and step by step instructions included and easy to attach with portable for easy help from others not familiar with equipment is a huge help when on the go. Not needing to change a filter system is a plus.Just not sure how to order additional tube and connectors as needed.

I use my Inogen when I go get groceries. I am not a full time user of oxygen. It’s not too heavy or bulky. I also bought the larger battery. I have not used it yet. The small battery so far is enough for my needs. I do love it, so much easier than one that weighs 5+ pounds.
