INIUReviews of iniushop.com

I've had a couple of INIU powerbanks, and always found them to perform well, recommending them to friends. This time I was looking for something with plenty of power, quick to recharge, and with a good power to weight ratio for backpacking. I found the P62-E1 was actually one of the best around in that respect, even compared to the Nitecore offerings which normally garnish favour with backpackers due to their weight. The the P62-E1 was almost identical weight per mAh but with the advantage of much higher input power of 45W for super fast recharging - an important quality when opportunities to recharge the power bank are likely to be limited. I went direct to INIU for an orange P62-E1, which was on offer with a better price compared to Amazon. My only issue was that I regretted getting the Orange colour because it made the gold coloured text and graphics difficult to read. I contacted INIU about this, and they took my comments on board, offering me a free replacement or partial refund. They could not have been more helpful, and I would not hesitate to buy direct from them again.

Purchased a 20000mah power bank (via Amazon) which had been working perfectly for almost 3 years. Noticed that it had started to bulge slightly and get quite warm during use. Contacted iniu support who were great - understood the issue and promptly arranged for a replacement unit to be shipped (arrived next day). Couldn’t have asked for better service! Wouldn’t hesitate to purchase more products from you. Keep up the good work iniu

Had small issue with cable which was quikly resolved without complication

I've had many power banks and I have to say INIU are by far the superior for both build quality and power output. I use a range of UNIU batteries ranging from their 10k through to the 20k and the B64 27k which is also passthrough power which is really handy when. Most INIU batteries come with a percentage power level indicator which is more useful than standard LEDs which you find on most power banks, and it's accurate too. All-in-all, I would recommend INIU.

Really good, friendly, efficient customer service! The products are neat and effective, easy to use. Really happy with my experience with this company.

Great device. The support Team is really kind and reacts quickly. I can absolutely recommend INIU. Best Regards, Max

J'utilise une batterie power bank depuis 22 mois sur les conseils d'un ami.J'ai eu un petit souci avec la batterie et le SAV a été vraiment génial très efficace pour un produit qui est vraiment de base un excellent produit je recommande cette marque

A great brand for quality power banks. I love the slim powerbank of 10 000mah because of it's very light weight and great capacity. I dont need that much power during hiking do 22.5W is more than enough.
