I purchased a power bank directly from INIU and the experience was great. The delivery was quick, and the product was very good quality. The price was also really competitive. With my last purchase I needed to speak with their customer service team. The experience was great there too. They replied very quickly, and solved my problem without any fuss. I am very impressed overall with this company.

I’ve had an INIU 20,000mah battery for just over 2 years. During that time it’s been used repeatedly and has never failed. Until a few weeks ago. I got in touch with customer service who politely talked me through some steps, none of which worked. Without any hesitation they sent me a replacement which dropped on my door mat days later. Thoroughly impressed and recommended

The reason for the 4* review rather than 5*, is I did have a problem with the first power bank in that it would not charge, but after speaking with their customer support team, who were marvellous and quickly sorted out a replacement, I have not had any other problems thus far. I would recommend this company highly both for their products and customer service.

Ich habe die Powerbanks dieser Marke schon sehr lang und bin total zufrieden einmal als ich ein kleines Problem mit der Powerbank hatte habe ich den Support angerufen und habe innerhalb weniger Minuten direkt Hilfe bekommen und dank der tollen Garantie auch direkt eine neue Powerbank. Wirklich tolles Unternehmen und sehr Kundenfreundlich alles.
