Purchased a power bank through Amazon around 9 months ago. It’s developed a fault, so I contacted Iniu this morning for support. After some trouble shooting, they’ve dispatched a replacement item, within 3 hours of me notifying them of the fault. Outstanding customer service received, professional and handled to my satisfaction! Highly recommend purchasing products from this company and I will definitely do so again in the future should I need to!

Ordered a powerbank, and would get a complimentary starter charging kit, for buying above a certain amount. It was written in EUR my cart was in DKK, so I was like 1-2EUR short of getting it. As you can't cancel or change orders on their site, I had to write to their support, so the order was already shipped before they replied. Thanks to their costumer support I still got the complimentary starter charging kit, and they did standardize the new-customer gift threshold in EUR to avoid confusion in the future.

What a terrible and crooked company. I went on their website to look around. I saw a phone charger that I thought might work for me. I soon realized it would not work for me as I do not have a smart phone. I closed the page and the website and thought that's that. BUT, noooo, they just sent me the item I was looking at and are now refusing to pay for return shipping or to give me a refund for a completely useless item to me....

I had bought a power Bank via Amazon almost three years ago. It died about 4 months ago and I had forgotten that I had a 3-year warranty which runs out in October 26. I contacted the company yesterday, and within an hour had an email saying that they would send me a new one . It arrived today. That is what I call good customer service. It's a great power bank I used it a lot before it died. It's easy to use and quite Powerful - comes in its own little sack so you can store the charger with it. Such a joy to find a company who care about their customers.

Provided me a replacement when the first one did not function well. Excellent customer service and the replacement has worked excellently for the past few months. Thank you.

Ik heb hier een powerbank besteld en nadat ik even niks hoorde qua verzendbevestiging ging in trustpilot checken. Ik werd een beetje bang door de recensies en besloot een mail te sturen met de vraag of ze mijn order konden annuleren. Ik kreeg als antwoord dat mijn powerbank al verzonden was en hij niet geannuleerd kon worden. Ik vroeg daarop weer terug wanneer ik dan de tracking informatie toegestuurd zou krijgen. Ik kreeg netjes een track&trace toegezonden en heb zojuist mijn powerbank ontvangen! Ik ga hem nu uittesten en gebruiken. Maar ik heb mijn product in ieder geval netjes ontvangen én er werd vlot op mijn mails gereageerd. Hopelijk neemt deze recensie bij sommige mensen wat zorgen weg ;)
