Excellent power banks backed by fantastic customer service I've now used three INIU products, and one of the biggest reasons for my 5-star review is their customer service. Every interaction I've had has been quick, friendly and helpful, which gives me confidence in the brand. The P73-E1 is a great ultra-slim power bank. It's lightweight, easy to use and fits comfortably in your pocket, making it perfect for everyday carry. My only suggestion would be to make the kickstand slightly more stable, but it's a minor point and doesn't take away from what is otherwise an excellent product. The P62-E1 65W power bank is the one I use most. It's a great balance between capacity and portability, especially compared to the larger P63. It looks great, feels well made, and easily keeps both my iPhone and Samsung phone charged while I'm out. It will also charge my laptop, although I did notice the battery drains fairly quickly when doing so. If you're mainly looking for a dedicated laptop power bank, I'd probably recommend stepping up to the P63 and accepting the extra size and weight. Hopefully, INIU will add a built-in phone stand. Overall, I've been really impressed with the quality, design and reliability of INIU's products. Combined with their excellent customer service, they've become my go-to brand for portable charging products. I'd happily recommend them.

I have had INIU power banks for a long while, and I’m talking about 4 different ones, all form factors and capacities, and all I can say is WOW! The technology involved is amazing. I have also had my fair share of interactions with the customer service team for guidance on usage and they have responded very professionally. I cannot wait for an INIU big power station.

I’ve had my INIU power bank for almost three years and it has been excellent. It was used regularly and performed really well. That level of customer service is outstanding. The product itself is compact, easy to use, and very powerful. I also like that it comes with its own little pouch, which makes it easy to keep everything together. It’s always a pleasure to deal with a company that genuinely looks after its customers. Highly recommended.

I was a bit sceptical about power banks but decided to try one and I wasn't disappointed. It charges my phone in less than an hour and I love the pawprint battery design on it, over all I am very happy with my purchase.

I've been using a INIU 10k 45w portable charger for about 5 months now. I have an iPhone 17pro and the experience I've had with this battery has been fantastic. It's small size and power make it easy to carry when i go to work and it charges my phone very quickly, recharging the powerbank itself is also quite fast also. I had some questions when I initially got it and INIU customer service responded quickly and were quite helpful as well. Great products and company. Keep it up INIU!
