When I received my package, it had everything but the waist trimmer was the wrong size. I wasn’t upset, as mistakes happen, so I emailed customer support to let them know what happened. I got upset at first because I never received a response even after following up a couple times. After submitting a new email a week later, I found out that the had not received my first email, and they quickly solved the issue and got the correct belt to me. Thank you Kristine! Great Customer Service

I needed to replace the ball and slider thing for my hoop. I had put it off and almost just got rid of it. When I emailed the company, I had the most pleasant and easiest customer service experience with Kristine. I wasn't able to conquer making the contraption work for more than a couple circles, but with the new piece, I'm determined to be successful. Thank you to Kristine for all her assistance and the promptness with which she answered every email.
