Not only are the shoes some of the best on the market, but the customer service is top notch.

The Sofia heels are gorgeous, very comfortable shoes, goes with everything and the height of the heel is great to use it all day. Also the sizing, I'm usually a size 7 in US shoes and 37 in EU shoes, so go with the 37 (6.5 US) if you have the same size concern as me. My experience with CS was amazing, the shoes were some time delay and they did everything they could so I can have them on time. I even got complementary overnight shipping, very grateful for that. I got the shoes on time and the fit was perfect! Very happy customer here.

Inez shoes are not only beautiful but amazingly comfortable. My daughter who wore a pair for prom said they were the most comfortable heels she has ever put on her feet! She was able to dance the night away!! Inez customer service is also so caring!!! They worked out a small issue for us with the best outcome!

I am a HUGE fan of this brand! I bought my first pair of Inez shoes about 3 years ago and I now have 8 pairs, with 2 more on the way. I have been wearing heels for 30 years and these are by far the most comfortable (and half the price of several couture brands I have tried). I wore the Camilla for a 14-hour day at a conference last week with no foot pain whatsoever. (Several women asked me how I was still in heels at 10:30 p.m. and I said "Inez!") I also purchased the Bianca (strappy heel) for several weddings and they are fantastic. I am surprised to see other reviews about quality - I have had zero issues and have worn several pairs at least 20 times. And the customer service has been exceptional - I purchased a gorgeous pump last year with a strap across the top of the foot that was too tight (but the shoe otherwise fit), and they offered to let me return them (even after one wear) or pay for a cobbler to loosen the strap. I had another issue yesterday - they responded immediately and went above and beyond (which made me want to write this review). If I have any issues with quality going forward, I believe they would do all they could to address the issue.

The customer service is exceptional as are their shoes. Beautifully made! I ordered a pair for a wedding that I had to exchange for another size… And they rushed the exchange through and save the day! Inez is my go to for shoes.

Disappointed. In theory they are classic and look like they would go with everything. BUT the comfort and design is flawed: 1. I invested in two pairs because I work beauty events on my feet often (aprox $600 total, while exchanging one to see if the problems would differ) and all three pairs have short ankle straps. No room of you getting bloated, let alone be a woman with thicker legs like me. Now I’ve had to spend money on leather expanding products which didn’t work and now having to visit and pay for a shoe cobbler to create strap extenders for me. And that is that I am average built, so thicker girlies FIND ALTERNATIVES. More money on these already pricey shoes. 2. Not comfortable. I think it’s in theme with the short ankle straps. The leather, no matter the breaking in period does not break in enough to feel comfortable. The way it’s angled under the arch isn’t ideal for all day wear as they market. Two stars are for at least being pretty and like I mentioned give a classic aspect to go with anything. There is also a slight cushion that sits under your heel
