I preordered the Claudia: Black Abrasivato boots and when they were delayed I reached out to Inez for an update. They responded right away with an apology & assured me they were on the way. My fabulous boots arrived 2 days later and I love them! Stylish & comfortable. This was my first Inez purchase but will not be my last!

I’ve purchased two pairs from INEZ and I love both! Each pair arrived thoughtfully packaged with a storage bag for safekeeping. The tan suede boots are absolutely stunning, and every INEZ design I’ve seen is classy and on point. I chose the tall boot with the shorter heel and can comfortably wear them all day. As good as the shoes are, the customer service is even better. My heels were delayed in UPS transit, so I emailed INEZ customer service. Anthony overnighted me a second pair so they’d arrive in time for my international trip. He was so kind and responsive! I will gladly pay a premium for this level of service. I don’t know of another company that operates at this level. Outstanding!

1) The quality of the shoes are amazing. Truly the most comfortable heels I’ve ever worn. I can wear them all day without a problem. I am slowly throwing away all my other heels and replacing them with Inez heels because once you feel the quality and comfort, you don’t want to go back to any other shoe. 2) There was a shipping delay with my most recent order. I reached out to Inez and not only were they incredibly responsive, they went above and beyond to get me my order in time for an important event.

Customer Complaint Hi, I bought the Sophia sandals specifically for my trip to Europe this past August. I chose them because they advertise them as being comfortable, which was really important to me since I needed a comfortable yet dressy sandal for a couple of events. They were definitely a price I normally would never pay for a pair of shoes, but I was willing to spend it because I expected the comfort to justify the cost. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at all. I only wore them for a few hours at a time, twice during my trip, and both times they absolutely tore my feet up. I was really disappointed, especially given the price and the fact that comfort was one of the main reasons I purchased them. I’m honestly not happy with the sandals.

INEZ GREAT customer service Not only are the shoes beautiful and beautifully made the customer service was prompt, efficient and they went above and beyond to help me.

I've been buying Inez for years because of their unbelievable comfort, quality and endurance. I had a small problem with a pair after 6 months wear, which was very unusual in my experience. I reached out to customer service. They were amazingly responsive and worked to make it right. Their quality, comfort and now service, is unmatched. Customer for life!

First of all, I love these shoes. They are TRULY comfortable and the styles transcend trends. I can walk hours in these heels and not be in pain or have swelling. Also when I had an issue (my pump size is larger than my sandal size because I had botched foot surgery), they were kind and accommodating. I got an actual answer from a real live person.

I bought my 1st pair recently and LOVE THEM! Great quality, beautiful, well packaged and fast shipping. I’ll definitely buy from this line again.
