Quickest delivery ever.

Great selection, great value, great quality.

Company never delivers on time. I’ve had to cancel orders twice due to delays and even had a “guaranteed” delivery date not met. Scam company they just want your initial money and hope you forgot!

Oustanding service, I had a damaged item and they immediately replaced it. The quality of the product is amazing but the chair was damaged in shipping and the responsiveness was quick and extremely fair. Highly reccomend Industry West

Order has still not arrived and I have not gotten a clear explanation from the company. It is over a month from the time of order and the website quoted 7-10 days for arrival.

when I first ordered the Ingrid Lounge Chair I didn't realize that they were manufacturing it per order. When i reached out to see what the delay was, they were very quick to respond and followed up after the delivery. Great customer service and furniture. LOVE my chair.

Took a long time to receive my order after I placed it. Bout 3 weeks to be exact. Poufs are very nice and customer service was quick to reply. Changing warehouses hopefully was the delay issue but I'm not certain...just know my order took forever.
