We placed an order for 6 counter stools in October 2024 that were supposed to be delivered sometime in March. The delivery timeframe came and went with no correspondence from IW. We contacted customer service and talked with someone who was very helpful. She told us it would be another 16 or so weeks. Out of the blue, we received 4 of the 6 chairs in early June. We reached out to inquire about the status of the other two chairs and did not get a response. We reached out again to customer service to give us a refund for the 2 missing chairs, no response. About a month later, I reached out on social media and someone responded asking for the order number but then never responded once I gave it to them. It's unfortunate so many people are experiencing this issue with this company and have no recourse.

3 out of 16 items arrived. Reached out and they responded in an ok amount of time saying a claim was being submitted as they show all items delivered. Then nothing, no response after repeated emails since June 4th. Randomly 8 more items arrived with no notice. Glad they are here but again, poor communication. Still waiting to hear on the missing 5 items.

There was damage to my shipment and I have contacted you via email 3 different times with no response. I checked your website for a phone # but could not find one. Shipping Defect SO134871 Order No. #IWWEB71030

Shipping was extended and chair is not comfortable, and awkward tight for a standard human.
