One of our go to companies for high quality and well designed furniture and lighting. Have been working with Industry West for nearly ten years and have never had a bad experience. Always great customer service and great pieces which stand the test of time in our clients homes.

I’m so impressed with the quality of furniture I’ve purchased from Industry West. They have great customer service as well. Will definitely continue looking to them for my furnishings in the future.

I canceled my order, and the cancellation was immediately confirmed with a refund promised. Nearly a month later, that refund hadn't happened. I reached out for an update and was told that they've been busy and that my refund would be processed in an "orderly fashion." I don't know what that means, but I don't think any business can typically get away with, in essence, "we'll refund you when we get around to it." I still haven't gotten a refund, so I've unfortunately had to dispute the charge.

Photos online weren’t quite accurate. The item I received had both poor quality welding with obvious flaws, and an aesthetic that was neither organic nor finished enough to work (i.e., it was real wood with deep grooves/uneven surface but finished with a much glossier lacquer than shown online) . Customer service told me they would not exchange it, but I could return it at my own shipping cost plus a 10% restocking fee. For the price point it’s poor quality and poor service

Ordered 4 Jean dining room chairs. The color of the wood is markedly different than the photos online and looks really cheap. The chairs arrived and one has a scratch in the paint. I reached out to customer service and all they would offer is half off on the shipping charges. I’ll never shop here again

No communication about delivery. Sofa was delivered curbside without any notice. No tracking info given and info available through Shop app was incorrect. Sofa was delivered while I was at work. I emailed industry west twice and received no response. Industry West does not care about their products or customers. Avoid them.

They shipped me a light fixture with the bulb inside which obviously broke. I wanted to return the light within their 15 day return policy. I let them know the lightbulb was broken so that I wouldn't be charged, they insisted on shipping me a new one. I said don't want the light. Why would they ship it with the bulb inside anyway? Incompetent fraudsters.

ordered over 7k dollars worth of bar seating. We didn't receive them as expected, so I called in and was told they were now 12 weeks out. We are a seasonal business so I tried to cancel the order to shop elsewhere- which they don't allow. Truly an absurd policy that has cost our business dearly. Still don't have the chairs
