It takes over a month to get, and you can't track. Seems like a huge SCAM.

• Paid Industry West April 8, 2025 for a stool expected to arrive that August • Order was never fulfilled • Business repeatedly failed to provide proof of fulfillment/tracking information when requested • Over a year later, eventually acknowledged that it was never fulfilled but would not offer refund • Importantly, we were never notified that the order was not going to be fulfilled • Business stopped responding to emails and never answered phone calls/voicemails • Chargeback option with credit card no longer an option due to long lead time and business' delayed responses

Many challenges. Non-responsive. Never received refund.

I work for a charity located in Tennessee. For quite some time, I have been following Industry West, and I had a specific project in mind where I felt their products would be a good fit, particularly because they were offering a substantial 40% off sale. Consequently, I placed an order with them and have been patiently waiting ever since. Now that it is November, I am extremely disappointed to report that I have yet to receive any of the ordered items, and, what's worse, I have been unable to get in contact with anyone at Industry West to inquire about the status of my order. My only interaction with them since placing the order was a single reply I received back in August. In that reply, they offered a generic apology and promised that they would ship my purchase immediately. However, that promise was never fulfilled, and the items remain undelivered. It is truly disheartening that Industry West is still actively operating their online store while leaving customers like me in this frustrating and unacceptable situation. Their actions are, without a doubt, shameful.

My marble fruit bowl arrived completely broken. Very disappointed and have not been able to get a response back.

We only received one of the two items we paid for. We have emailed every listed email address with no response and no phone numbers to call.

I reached out for help. No reply

Shipment never arrived. I’ve been trying to contact industry west about this multiple times through different venues and I always am told I’ll hear back in 48 hours but no one has ever reached out beyond that. (Shipment said it was sent, but never delivered. I’ll be attempting a charge back and will never buy from or recommend this brand again)
