Our products were damaged, the shipping boxes were open and I emailed support and never got a response.

Customer Service Nonexistent. I reached out 5-10 times to every outlet possible of customer service and still have never heard back. I almost didn't order when I realized even the phone number is disconnected. Way too expensive of goods to have no ability to reach the company.

I ordered 6 chairs. The order and the tracking link has kept saying « on its way » for 7 weeks! My credit card was debited the full amount at the order; and they don’t answer at any of my emails. I think that this is a fraud! Keep away from this company!

I ordered furniture for a bar and only received part of the order in February 2025. Part of the stools were supposedly backordered and would arrive in April. Never came, and no one will respond to inquiries about the order. When I used a different email address to try a different tactic, they responded within a day or two to "see how they could help". Then they ghosted me when I told them what I needed. I want my money back, plus one of the stools is already broken. They do not respond on their active instagram, have disabled their phone line and their chat, yet their website sure looks to be taking orders. Based on what I'm seeing here, this sure looks criminal to me.

I have ordered from Industry West for clients and my own home in the past. Customer service and delivery timelines were hit or miss, but the unique furniture and quality were worth a bit of pain. The company now appears to be out of business, with no responses from any customer service channels. They no longer have an active phone line. I now have a large credit that I cannot use.

Add me to the list of disappointed would-be customers. I've purchased items in the past that I was happy with - happy with the product and the customer service. But, now I've placed an order that hasn't shipped (well past the delivery ETA). No response via email. Phone number disconnected. Yet, they took my money. Stay away.

We placed an order for 6 counter stools in October 2024 that were supposed to be delivered sometime in March. The delivery timeframe came and went with no correspondence from IW. We contacted customer service and talked with someone who was very helpful. She told us it would be another 16 or so weeks. Out of the blue, we received 4 of the 6 chairs in early June. We reached out to inquire about the status of the other two chairs and did not get a response. We reached out again to customer service to give us a refund for the 2 missing chairs, no response. About a month later, I reached out on social media and someone responded asking for the order number but then never responded once I gave it to them. It's unfortunate so many people are experiencing this issue with this company and have no recourse.
