I haven't received my product pretty hard to give you a positive review when I haven't received the product

Well, I keep getting emails to review my purchase. So here it is at the current time. The item I purchased was hands down the best price on the internet. However, when I purchased it I was made to assume the item would ship within a couple days. It's now been about 3 weeks and it still hasn't shipped. When I spoke to them after 2 weeks they informed me that "it appears your item is actually on backorder and will be shipping by the end of next week. That's fine, I guess. But what's a little less than confidence inspiring about their statement is that upon further review, I've seen that statement told to multiple other customers. Word for Word. On multiple items. In multiple past time frames. In other words, that seems to be their automatic go-to response for a very common occurance with most of the items they advertise. So we will see how it goes from here... hey, the price was still great though

I originally purchased a different harness not knowing it was out of stock. They recommended one just like it and it was actually cheaper. I’m a carpenter and this harness is so much better and more comfortable then my oxy one. Bags went in the harness easy and getting it to fit just right is a piece of cake. Would def recommend if you are up in the air a lot at work.

What went wrong? Well let’s see, I ordered a hard hat November 16th and y’all took my money that day. And I’ve yet to receive a hard hat or explanation as to why I haven’t. And I find it very strange yall have sent me 3 emails wanting a review on the experience.
