I will never ever buy anything else from this company. The product I received was wet and had some type of dirt or chemicals all over each package. I've never seen anything like this. Who ever manages this warehouse needs to investigate the shipping area, check the building for leaks, review storing practices and make sure there is no other damage product is not leaking or spilling onto other product. I washed and cleaned the product I received but I still felt sick while wearing the glasses. So I'm not sure if it was the original product or the chemicals that was spilled all over the product I received. Poor management....

So this all started out with me ordering a heater jacket. The website stated they had the coat in stock. So I went ahead and ordered it. I selected standard shipping so it would arrive before Christmas. It said the order would ship out the next day. Anyways a week later I don’t see any shipment update. I waited a couple more days then called them. They told me it was on back order. I was really bummed because the website stated it was in stock. I felt like I wasted my time going through the process of ordering it. So I’m waiting for my refund and that never comes through. So a couple days later I call again and finally get that figured out. The customer service team did get things figured out. They were very hard to understand though.

still haven't received all of my order. Need to be upfront with when you can expect to receive items when they are being ordered as in our case, we had plans to use the items we ordered immediately upon arrival

I've never received my order!

I never received this product and so far I have had no response from the company. Difficult to review something I never received.

The fast processing and shipping really made me feel like a valued customer, thank you for your service
