The items (Ethernet Encoders) took a while to come in. But thankfully I was buying them for backstock; I would be screwed in an emergency situation. BUT the biggest concern of mine is that this is not an item as can "test". So I have no way of knowing whether or not these encoders work.

ISP itself it great. Fast service and great pricing. Problem is their carrier. Tracking isn't always great and a couple times they've not delivered an item they said was delivered, I contact customer support, then the item shows up the next day. This is a hassle on both ends. Tracking shouldn't be difficult.

It was easy to find the product I was looking for and at a reasonable price. Appreciated the fast shipping. However, there seemed to have been a problem with the labels on one of the boxes so it had ended up in a very different location on the campus (we are a large university) and I am not sure why that was. Thankfully, the folks whose department it ended up in found my name and number from university directory and let me know that it was at their mail room. It took me a bit to find it and it would've been hard to bring it over to the proper location if the package had been bigger/heavier. some customer support on the same would be helpful.

The filters for my respirator fit well, and seem to work very well. The shipping was a little slower than I'm used to as I shop a lot on amazon and things get delivered either the next day or so.

I do not like being forced to submit reviews

The order has had 2 separate shipments which I have received and 1 item that has not shipped yet. I do like that items are being shipped when available though.

We had a small problem of one of the items I chose was out of stock. ISP suggested a comparable item that I agreed to and was shipped right away.

Easy ordering process. Was a bit disappointed that it took forever to get my order due to back orders. I received a notification that the product would not be available until July 1st, then received another notification that the order was shipping out to me a week later.
