Free shipping on certain items is great, but I would have liked to add several other items that were not included in the free shipping promotion, the shipping costs on those items was the deciding factor of why I didn't order anything else. If the shipping costs were more reasonable, I would order more from ISP.

I put in my logo to be printed and it didn't get put on,received refund but no explanation nothing.

The suspension arrived damaged. I wrote to ISP about this but so far crickets.

The Hard Hats look amazing, however, we have only received 23 of the 50 we ordered and I can't get anyone to let me know when the remaining 27 will arrive.

The product was as advertised, for a reasonable price. However, whichever entity is responsible for shipping provided no shipping tracking, or notification when products were delivered.

Packages were sent sepratly

Hi, I received my order a few days after I thought I would. I initially placed my order with a 3 day shipment and it was double that time not counting the weekend. The product is as expected, your site has complet documentation and I was able to speak to a person when I inquired for my late shipment. During installation, one anchon had all hardware; unforunately, when we installed the second anchor, it only had 28 of the 40 included bolts. I had to spend a few bucks in buying the correct screws not to mention the inconvenience and delay in anstallation. Partially my fault for not checking the package as soon as I received it.

The products are great. It’s 3M after all. The website response is slow and cumbersome and FedEx shipping is way too expensive for something that takes 2 weeks to go across the country. I have a particular gripe about FedEx. They are in such a hurry they can’t even actually deliver to me but leave the package in my yard 250 feet from my door. It’s a repeating behavior for them and particularly bad when it’s raining.
