It was delivered but the shipping notification was sent to me 1 or 2 weeks after the delivery. I couldn't see the timely tracking information from my account.

It’s has been over two weeks since my order was placed. At checkout, it said it would be delivered within several days, and it hasn’t even been fulfilled yet. I had to call customer support for an update. They said they didn’t have the inventory and would email me with an updated date. They didn’t email me. At this point who knows if I’ll get my order or if I will have to charge back on my credit card. Customer service was helpful except for the fact they didn’t send me the email update they promised.

Placed an order for an SCBA mask in November. The product didn’t arrive until late January, and due to the delay, I purchased the item at a local store, so I needed to return the product. The return process took a week of emailing with their return department, and in the end, they required me to pay to ship it back to them, would not refund the original shipping, and also charged me a 20% restocking fee even though I never even opened the shipping box. Ultimately, to ship the product back and the 20% fee ended up costing me $100.00. I would not buy from them again as all of their products can be purchased elsewhere, and most all of the other retailers would not charge me to ship it back or a 20% fee.

still waiting for the rest of my order. I placed the order over 20 days ago. I received the lens but not the face shield i ordered. Can't write a review for something I have yet to use or even have in my possession !

I only received half of my order. I emailed the info email and explained this. I never received any response. The box was also smashed up.

I placed order gloves came quick. Rain pants took weeks to receive,still haven’t received my rain coat. Called they say it’s on back order would be nice if it’s not in stock they would say it on the web sight. And they never replied to any emails. I’m very disappointed.
