Horrible customer service. The product I ordered was defective. They replaced it with another defective product. I asked for a refund. They promised in writing a refund within 24-48 hours but that timeframe came and passed with no further response. I called customer service for over two weeks - each time being told the refund was being processed to no avail. Yesterday I was promised a callback within 30 minutes. That didn’t happen. Today, after yet another call and another complaint, they finally issued the refund. I don’t know if this was incompetence or a sham - regardless, take your business elsewhere.

Horrible service., they won’t get back with you on returns ., been waiting a month for an order… Don’t bother with this company find a more reliable company.

I never received my order, and support never contacted me back despite the fact that I tried communicating with them several times. I don’t really recommend doing business with ISP.

Ordered a new harness.Tell me they can't ship to me.

Website said it was in stock, a week went by with no updates so I had to call to find out you had to special order it. Two more weeks go by with no correspondence So I called again with nothing more than it will be sometime in the beginning of February. I wouldn’t have been as upset have there been better communication.

Ordered a confined space monitor with 2-day delivery. Did not received until after it was needed-4 business days later. I had to rent a unit locally because this did not come in time. I called and asked if unused unit could be returned and was told they do not take returns. Waiting for call back from customer service to see if manager would allow return due to specific set of circumstances. No call back as of 2/10/26. That was a waste of $899. Very disappointed.

Product arrived broken! On top of that the exchange policy takes DAYS! Not 1 or 2 days, they take 3-5 days just to reach out, then they want to know how product broke, they want pictures. I do not know how or why it broke. The product ARRIVED BROKE.

Still no shipment of order.
