Order to delivery no issues

Good Prices, but Fedx shipping was a nightmare.

I’ve been waiting 2 weeks for this netting to be delivered. Never received it. Due to netting being required by Otis elevators . This BS cost my company $5000. This is an unreliable source for material. I’ve requested my money back but I’m yet to receive it.

Fast service

I waited 3 weeks to get my order. When I finally called them, I was told the item was on back order. The online links they sent me would not work!! So now I’m waiting on my original order. My order was placed on October 29. I found out on November 14th that it was on back order.

There was a supply issue, likely caused by Hurricane Milton, and ISP reached out before I knew there would be a delay. They offered to send me a similar product with no delay.

AED battery was a Philips branded battery. It fit properly and was delivered in a timely manner.

represetative was nice but when asked if shirts ran big or true to size they were not sure and could not find out and answer. Ended up ordering anyway and they run a sizee big so had to order a batch of smaller shirts at my cost. Would be helpful to have the customer service team know the product or at least get somone to provide answers. Quality of products are great.
