Hard hat head lamp no show
In the first week of November I ordered a led hard hat head lamp that I was going to give as a Christmas present. On the 17th of December I received an email asking if I had received the order to do a review for it and if I didn’t receive it, give it 2 more days to be delivered. On the 20th of December I called the company to inform them I still had not received the head lamp and was told that it was never shipped and has been on back order. I asked if there was an expected date I would receive the item and was told they had no idea and that I would get it when I get it.
