Indigo Bank are liars. I attempted to cash a tax refund check from California controller's office via mobile banking. They I did the normal sending pics of the check then they came on and said now void the check and send us another picture. the first pic they said the blue wasn't dark enough then after using a black felt pen they said it has to go to review, and they would contact me. that was Thursday the following Monday I called them back and was told by a customer service agent that I had wrote void on a piece of plastic and laid it over my check so because I committed fraud, They would no longer do business with me. Then they red flagged me and no online banks or credit cards will have anything to do with me. I'm sitting here with a voided uncashed check . and closed credit cards. when I had phoned back and requested to speak with the fraud department or any supervisor I was hung up on. I am going to call the controller's office and see if I can't get another check issued then I'm calling an attorney this is ridiculous I have zero criminal background, and they think they have the right to accuse me of ATTEMPTING to commit fraud? They are the most unprofessional business I have ever delt with

Had fraud on my card in the amount of $114.58. I filed a dispute and was tokd it would take 90 days, and they would be charging intrest on the disputed amount during the investigation. That is 100% ILLEGAL and a predatory scam. They won't give me my money back for 90 days, and now I also have to pay 90 days of intrest on a fraud charge!!

The customer service agent was very rude and discourteous because I requested the card to be expedited on my behalf. Then the account manager name Verlian was rude towards me for asking questions Indigo customer services have no respect for their customers and the account managers are rude too

I made a agreement to not use the card and make auto payments monthly til paid off,there charging me late fees,on charges there adding after each payment that's taken to pay and interest payments when I'm not even using card I told them to freeze card and they keep adding fees making my card limit over charged I'm sick and there calling me harassing me after making a payment swing I owe other fees I told them I'm not gonna keep letting u charge me I'm but fed up and I don't have option to cancel my card period and just pay off the card what should I do?

This company is a scam. Before I signed up, I called to make sure that the credit card did not have any annual fees since I could not find it anywhere and was assured that they were no annual fees only find out that while it's true that there were no annual fees there were monthly fees instead of $9.95 a month. Something that could have easily been disclosed during my phone call, thanks indigo. Trust me, I'll never forget this. Or should I say Concora Credit because I unfortunately signed up for two cards at the same time owned by concora Credit One was the indigo credit card and the other was milestone.

I needed another card so I called Indigo Customer Service and they were absolutely pathetic. They said they would send me another card, I waited another four weeks still no card, called them back and they said that it got returned because it could not be delivered. I Verified my address and they had the correct address and they told me they would resend it but It would take another 30 days to for me to get. So I waited 30 days still no Card called them back and they said for some reason it was canceled. I honestly don’t know how a company like this can stay operational when they treat customers like they do. Yeah I know that this is a card for people with less than stellar credit, but it’s not worth it how they treat you.

If I could give zero stars I would stay far away from this bank. They have horrible customer service and decide to block your card when ever they want to in the name of “security purposes “ even if you don’t use the card and make you jump through hoops just to remove the block. Customer service is no help they do nothing but read off a script!!!

I was approved for $1k i got the card to build my credit The fees are high, as long as i oay before the fees kick in it will be paid. Its the point of making a payment that comes out of your banking account it shows on their site that pymt has been made but i cant used the card for another 14 days..any bills you have setup for to pay will be declined because they will take their sweet time to post your payment. Or i can go and pay someone like Money Gram and it will be available i. 2 dys. When traveling who got time to run around to find a money gram This card is worthless to me, its not working for me
