Had card for almost a year. All payments go to interest, so your balance owed almost stays the same. My payments have been on time every since I had this card. I am just going to increase my payments to pay this off.

I contacted Concora Credit regarding an Indigo card dispute. The representative Carolina was completely unhelpful and showed no interest in resolving my issue. She sounded disengaged and offered no meaningful assistance. This experience was very disappointing.

It’s a complete scam

I already knew what I was getting in to accepting a card with such high finance rate but I was trying to improve my credit. I don't know if they actually report to credit bureaus if you're making payments but I do know they report if you're late or miss a payment. My main problem with them is that when I schedule a payment to be made on a specific date they NEVER take it out on that date. It takes days later and then after it's taken from my bank it won't reflect on my card for another couple days AFTER that which can cause you to have a LATE payment even though you scheduled it on time. If you have this card I recommend to make payments at least a week or two before the payment due date so you don't get charged and reported for late fees. I don't plan on keeping this card. As soon as it's paid off I'm going to cancel it and move to a different creditor.

Thay are a scam. They trick you into going over the limit by saying your payment has posted say you have so much available credit then when you use the card later you have a negative available credit. Scam scam scam.

Awful customer service, charging monthly for a $0 balance account, even though they blocked the card for no reason and then wouldnt unblock it unless I could tell them the last place it was used months ago. Immediately closed account.

I've never written one of these but feel obligated to share. I haven't used my Indigo credit card in more than six months, yet I now owe over $120 in fees, in addition to a $99 annual fee. Most concerning, I was charged a $40 late fee because of an unpaid $3 fee, and then another $40 late fee was added after that. This feels incredibly predatory for a card marketed toward people who are trying to build or rebuild their credit. When a $3 fee can snowball into $80 in late fees on an account that has not even been used, the product feels less like a tool for building credit and more like a fee trap. Consumers considering Indigo should read the fee structure very carefully and monitor the account even when they are not actively using the card. My experience has been extremely disappointing.

Someone stole my card information and spent around $200-$300 on some iphone app. I reported it and was told it would take 30-60 days to do the investigation. I called about 2 weeks later and was told apple had verified all the information was mine and I was the one that had made the purchases. I was told to call Apple if I wanted to fight it more. I pay them $10 a month for credit protection and they did nothing to protect my credit. They only Apple product I have is a work phone that is not used for personal use or has anything to do with my Apple account. I have not used the Apple account in 6+ years. Now I am fighting with Apple to refund my money. I have received 99 cents so far.
