Applied for an Indigo credit card for both my wife and myself. We just made our first payments on both cards. My card showed the funds as being available, but they put a random hold on my wife's. That's something they should've explained to us before we applied for it. I'll be paying off these cards as quickly as possible, and will definitely be dumping their business.

What an absolute joke of a company. I had to get a security verification to allow me to use my card. I was transfered to a lady who could barely speak English. I constantly asked her to speak up, I said I could not understand her accent. She persisted with security questions I could not understand. Then said I had failed and my card was locked. I asked for a supervisor, a lady came on who was clearly as useless as the first. Fortunately I only owe a little money. But this card is going in the trash. Pathetic customer service, if you employ people in this specific role. At least let them have a reasonable command of the English language. What an effin joke this company is.

The worst card you could ever have in your life, i don't use the card at all but i have it set up for auto pay, 100 a month so 9 months goes by of not using the card but still making the auto pay, tell me why i have a balance on the card that nobody can fully explain, even if i accept they change me like 50$ a month in fees, i should still be 450 in the positive.. but instead i still have a unexplainable balance

Through Concora Credit, I was supposed to get an offer for this card, but instead was blindly approved for $300 when the annual fee is $75 for first year and $99. Can you imagine? 30% annual fee, WTH!!!!!!

Absolutely ridiculous. Went ahead and got this card with a 1000.00-dollar limit. Used the 1000.00 dollars and instantly paid it back, trying to get a good credit rating. The same Month I used it, I paid before the due date, in full. Credit was back on for an entire month... went to use it an entire month later, and they denied me? Called in to see the issue, and they had stated the day I used the card a month later. That I did not pay the card the month prior? Remind you it reflected the payments, etc., very clearly. Remind you that it reflected this payment until I tried using the card a month after, and the card reflected the payment until I tried using it again. On that date, they pushed a non-payment from the month prior and made me hop through hoops to prove the payment did go through, even though it clearly reflected that it did, with their confirmations and my bank's! They charged me for next month's interest and late fees that weren't even legit? I am Still fighting to get it off my credit report! THEY ARE A SCAM DO NOT GET THIS CARD! Even if you use it correctly, it will hinder your credit as they are most definitely a Scam company.

got $400 worth of unauthorized charges. I reported it I heard nothing back.waited 3 months . No correspondence in mail at all , no followup and then they said my dispute was denied. so I just paid it and close the account. Do not trust this credit card company. This credit card is crap I have sent in payments and they'd say that they never got them and reported me to the credit bureau and I am a single disabled woman who lives on SSI and barely makes it every month and it's taken me 7 years to get my credit to 780 and now I just looked on the credit bureau site and it says my credit score is down to 720. I paid $120 last month & $80 this month. This is by far "THE WORST" credit card... I WISH I NEVER ACCEPTED THIS CARD!!!... FAIR WARNING TO CONSUMERS... "THESE PEOPLE ARE KNIVING THIEVES!...

DO NOT GET THIS CARD!! I paid a $250 annual fe1 a year e for the 1st year. Paid on time and in full EACH month. My limit never increased and then, these scammers, charge me the next year a $99 annual fee but sneak in a $19,25 MONTHLY fee. Do the math!! That's $331 a year for a perfect year of payments and they tried to sneak the fee into the bill. Pay ATTENTION!! I cancelled my card immediately. SCAM COMPANY!!
